Shipping Rate Revision
We will
revise the shipping rate without prior notice. Please check the shipping rate
from time to time. If you have paid for the item, the old rate still applies.
The new rate is for new orders only, at that point of time.
Insurance and Claims
All items
that are shipped via DHL and TNT will be insured to ensure all possible
liabilities covered. However, the full amount covered is as per the declared
amount on the invoice. The rate shown on the table is with out insurance.
DHL - for
item declared <USD500.00, insurance is USD10.00
for item declared >USD500.00, insurance is at 2% of the declared amount
TNT -
USD17 + 1% of the declared amount
Please
take note that for Air Parcel, there will be no insurance coverage as there is
no insurance plan made available from the courier service. We do not recommend
using this service if you are buying anything above USD50.00.
Shipment Charges
For all
items shipped via DHL and TNT, the shipment charges are calculated according to
the higher of Actual or Volumetric / Dimensional weight .
Consignment Tracking
DHL shipment can be tracked with the Airwaybill (AWB)
number at
www.dhl.com
TNT Economy Express shipment can be tracked with the
consignment
number at
www.tnt.com.
Please take note that DHL is using its
Worldwide Package Express service while TNT is using its Economy Express
Service, hence for TNT consignment the shipment transit time is longer.
