This is to announce that:
WE DO NOT DO CUSTOM COLOR
TOLEX ANY LONGER.
Our foray into this has
proven to have slowed us down by several weeks in terms of
production.
If you
insist, we require you to send your own tolex to us, pay whatever
shipment and duties
imposed,
and there'd be 6 extra weeks of wait time involved. The custom
tolex will need to arrive
at our
shop, and only then wait time starts. For example, a 2204
has 4 weeks wait time. With
the custom
tolex, the wait time will be 10 weeks.
The Good News:
You will have Black,
black, black, and black tolex.
And we all know, black
tolex is the best sounding one!
