Ordering Info



1. Ordering From CeriaTone

We do not use a shopping cart for orders. To order, you will need to get in touch with me to discuss the item needed. We will need to agree on:

1. Items purchased, specifications, and modifications, if any.

2. Shipment method, and the shipment and insurance cost.

3. Special declaration instructions, if any. 

4. The wait time to receive the order. We make amplifiers to order, and since these are handwired, some wait time is to be expected. We also have a lot of demand to cater to. You also agree that the wait times are approximate, and delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

5. Once I have given the wait time, please DO NOT email to check the status until 2 days before the due date to ship. Checking status does not make it faster. We do it by turn.

6. Once all above are in order, payment can be made. Full payment is expected when you order. 

7. Order Cancellation: Each amplifier is made to order. If you want to cancel an order made, a 10% fee of the total paid will be imposed.


2. Payment

We only accept PayPal

RBS Worldpay, our merchant bank for credit card payment, has announced they are no longer servicing Asian clients. As we are in Asia, this affects us, and we have decided not to accept credit cards for the time being.

We are looking at service providers who can serve us for the long term, and not leave us stranded at their own whim and fancy.

In the meantime, PayPal is the main means of payment. It is also possible to pay using PayPal using credit cards. For those having no PayPal account, we can also accept bank transfers. Please contact us for the details.

We enforce strict anti-fraud screening on payments received. We will ship only to Billing Address only.  Fraudsters, don't waste your time.

 


3. Shipment Cost

Overseas clients

We use DHL Express , UPS Express Saver  and FedEx Economy Service to ship our products.

Please refer to Shipment Table for approximate costs.

Our shipment table does not include additional cost such as import tax, import duty, brokerage etc. Please read more about this in the Shipment Table page before placing your order.

Once an order is shipped, an email notification will be sent to the client's email address with shipment information. 

Local clients and/or local purchase

Please email your inquiries and orders here. Sorry we do not entertain sales call or orders made via sms.

For shipment below 20kg, we use Pos Laju for shipment within Malaysia including Sabah and Sarawak. For shipment above 20kg, we use courier service.

We will quote on case to case basis depending on the weight and the shipping address. Insurance is separate.

Once an order is shipped, an email notification will be sent to the client's email address with shipment information.

We highly recommend you to ship your orders. However if you insist on pick up your order, there will be an additional RM50 for admin fee. Simply because we want you to save on your petrol and toll, and we are doing an online business.

If you are coming to pick up your order, please observe our operating hours below;

Monday - Friday: 10.00am to 5.00pm

Lunch: Monday - Thursday: 1.00pm - 2.00 pm, Friday: 1.00pm - 2.30pm

 


4. Warranties and Returns

CeriaTone guarantees our products to be as advertised, and free of defects. Your satisfaction is our ultimate goal.

Refunds, Warranties, and Returns are solely at our discretion.

In case of Warranty claims or Returns, the client will be fully responsible for all shipment charges. We require defective parts to be sent back to us before a replacement is sent. The client will bear the cost of shipment of the said item to us, as well as shipment cost of the replacement from us.

In case of refunds, all relevant costs such as shipments, and a 10% re-stocking fee, will be deducted from the paid amount.
